Pitkin Townhome is a beautiful half duplex in a quiet, residential area. It's walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops Frisco has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a two level floorplan, this unit has plenty of room to spread out. Bedding goes King bed in the Master, Queen again in the second bedroom and Queen bed plus twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Other features to this unit are private laundry facilities, WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, an electric BBQ grill and an open living, dining and kitchen area on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and a private one car garage is included so you don't have to worry about clearing all that snow off your car in the morning. For the summer, the bike path and plenty of hiking trails are nearby. After a long day of skiing or hitting the hiking trails, relax in the private hot tub on the back deck where you can relive the day's adventures or take in the beautiful scenery.

Excellent for families
We stay in Frisco 4-6 times per ski season, and this property was one of the best we've stayed in for our family. Spotlessly clean, plenty of room (there's room for 8 in the 3 bedrooms), and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well-equipped for large dinners (plates, pots/pans, utensils). Appliances all worked well and are newer. The private hot tub is a rare thing in Frisco, and it was great after a long day skiing. The garage is tall enough for a normal car with a roof box, and the driveway was plowed/shoveled early every day we had snow. Washer/dryer are jumbo sized.
